Balsam Poplar Soap
One of our very favorite scents since childhood, the warm incense aroma of balsam poplar buds perfrumes the damp spring and late winter air and is the highlight of this soap. Poplar's ruby red resin, treasured by man & animal alike in everything from Balm of Gilead salve to deer snack to honeybee hive chinking, is fragrant, antiscorbutic, and kind to the skin. We've infused the resin in our soap oils for this rich fragrant bar and used poplar leaf tea in the making too. This soap has a wonderful waxy gentleness and rich lather. Exclusive.
Ingredients: Saponified Poplar infused olive, coconut, palm & palm kernel oils, poplar leaf tea, rosemary oil extract.
