Farmhouse Mustards
Farmhouse mustards are traditional, home-style mustards made by soaking mustard seed in vinegar or wine, then grinding and seasoning with fresh herbs and spices.
Fat free, highly flavored and long-keeping, mustards are ideal condiments for the cook, the lunch maker and the picnicker.
We use herb infused vinegars, whole mustard seed, good things from the garden like fresh herbs, garlic, peppers, dried tomatoes and even berries & local honey to add extra flavor.
